SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping packages follow international standardized norms to allow the safety and integrity of the products, as well as the fastest and most economical method possible, depending on the destination location. We kindly ask you to reuse the packaging as much as possible so as not to generate unnecessary waste.

 

As a rule, after confirmation of payment, the pieces are sent within 5 to 20 working days. As they are handmade pieces made to order to ensure the best use of raw materials and waste reduction, we ask for your understanding regarding deadlines for making and shipping products depending on demand, availability of materials and delays due to the pandemic, especially for orders outside of Japan. If this deadline is not met, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order within 7 days before the deadline.

On average for deliveries within Japan, the period can take 3 to 14 days. Overseas, this period varies from 2 weeks to 2 months. Due to the pandemic, delays may occur.

Shipping fees can range from 0 to 800 yen depending on the purchase amount (800 yen for purchases up to 500 yen; 500 yen for purchases between 1,501 and 3,000 yen; 300 yen for purchases between 3,001 and 5,000 yen and free shipping above that value). The values ​​are the same for national or international shipments.

However, international shipments via DHL (due to pandemic for some countries is the only means available for shipping) the shipping fee for purchases up to 20,000 yen is 1,600 yen, and is free for purchases above that amount.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of the product and its purpose, we do not accept the return of  masks and cloth pads. So we ask for attention regarding the materials ordered as well as their size and model. We warn that due to the light, some products may have their actual colors slightly different from the images in the photos. Refunds will only be made within 30 days with proof of defect in the manufacture of parts. If the buyer chooses to repair the part, postage costs will be covered by the store.

We accept returns and refunds only for other products, within a period of 8 days, with the cost of (re) shipping on behalf of the buyer.
